FS#240 - [qt5-base] i486 builds run out of memory due to LTO

LTO is hard to switch off, there are flags doing nothing, I see errors like

lto-wrapper: fatal error: write: No space left on device

Probing for libx264 results in link error:

/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/gcc/i486-pc-linux-gnu/11.2.0/../../../libx264.so: undefined reference to `x264_cabac_renorm_shift'
/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/gcc/i486-pc-linux-gnu/11.2.0/../../../libx264.so: undefined reference to `x264_cabac_transition'

/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/gcc/i486-pc-linux-gnu/11.2.0/../../../libx264.so: undefined reference to `x264_decimate_table4'
/usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/gcc/i486-pc-linux-gnu/11.2.0/../../../libx264.so: undefined reference to `x264_cabac_range_lps'

Hard to say, why those functions and datastructures are eliminated from the library..
