That's not enough information.

When does it segfault?

I can start it up and open xterm on all subarchitectures (i486, i686 and pentium4) and stable and testing.

I noted a segfault when choosing a menu and trying to configure certain system styles:

#0  0x00000000b7ef7549 __kernel_vsyscall (linux-gate.so.1 + 0x549)
#1  0x00000000b77888a8 raise (libc.so.6 + 0x348a8)
#2  0x00000000b7771387 abort (libc.so.6 + 0x1d387)
#3  0x00000000004484a1 n/a (fluxbox + 0x184a1)
#4  0x00000000b7ef7554 __kernel_sigreturn (linux-gate.so.1 + 0x554)
#5  0x00000000b7aa43aa _ZSt28_Rb_tree_rebalance_for_erasePSt18_Rb_tree_node_baseRS_ (libstdc++.so.6 + 0x9f3aa)

c++filt on_ZSt28_Rb_tree_rebalance_for_erasePSt18_Rb_tree_node_baseRS_ says:

 std::_Rb_tree_rebalance_for_erase(std::_Rb_tree_node_base*, std::_Rb_tree_node_base&)

middle in a red-black-tree implementation of fluxbox.

When does the segfault happen in your case?

Also happens on Archlinux 64-bit, presumably a bug in the software itself and not a packaging thing.
Has to be brought upstream..
