FS#192 - [postgis] not satisfiable dependency: "libproj.so.22"

The postgis package version 3.1.1-1.0 on pentium4 does not work because only
libproj-1.5.so is installed, and not the required libproj-2.2.so.

On upstream there seems to have been some rebuild of newer versions of gdal 3.2.2 and proj 8.0.0:

The problem can be seen on the package page:

In case somebody needs to get postgis back working ASAP, I got this working by removing and downgrading following packages:

cd /var/cache/pacman/pkg/
sudo pacman -R gdal proj postgis libgeotiff libspatialite
sudo pacman -U gdal-3.0.4-21.0-pentium4.pkg.tar.zst \
proj-6.3.2-1.0-pentium4.pkg.tar.zst postgis-3.0.1-3.0-pentium4.pkg.tar.zst \
libgeotiff-1.6.0-1.0-pentium4.pkg.tar.zst libspatialite-4.3.0.a-5.3-pentium4.pkg.tar.xz

Remember to add these packages to IgnorePkg on /etc/pacman.conf until this is fixed!
