llvm 11.0.1 is in testing
python-recommonmark fails due to python-commonmark, python-commonmark of course needs
sphinx to build it's own documentation. another cycle.
I brought of docdepends once (upstream), because that would allow to build packages
without testing and without documentation. documentation introduces a lot of dependencies
on really unstable tools, which is fine, as long as the old version of the tool still
works, not so fine, if it doesn't.
