This can be solved with icu70.

This sounds like we have to rebuild vala..
yes icu70 works - i did not bother to mention it
Mmh, I was completely wrong. This is an undefined symbol in gssdp used in gupnp,
so a rebuild of gupnp is necessary..

After recompiling all of gssdp, gupnp, vala and dilo it works now..
While registering I get a
(libffi33 and icu69 to the rescue), why it opens seamonkey on my installation,
I don't know. I'm sure it can be set/configured somewhere..
